POLICY

Deposits
A deposit equal to the cost of one night's accommodation will be applicable at the time of booking. Remaining nights will be charged at the time of arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled at least 14 days prior to the check-in date: Full refund to guest, minus a $25.00 + 5% processing fee.

Reservations cancelled 1 to 13 days prior to check in date: We retain a cancellation fee equal to the first night's lodging (including cost of parking permit for 1st night if applicable) + 5% tax.

Cancellations made on the same day as check-in: Guest must pay for entire stay as reserved.
No-shows: Guest must pay for entire stay as reserved.

Pets And / or Animals
We regret that we are not able to permit pets of any kind in our Bed and Breakfast. The House, although a business, is governed by the rules , regulations, and bylaws of a Private Residential Home, and the host is allergic.
